I always love passing a great recommendation along – something that can make your life easier, prettier, or a little more fun. MORfaves is the place for you to find out what I’m currently loving.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask – Anyone who’s been around me for more than an hour at a time knows that I have a serious lip balm obsession. But I’m picky, too: from “lipfeel” to flavor to lasting power, I have pretty specific criteria for what I’ll put on my lips.

On the recommendation of my sister-in-law, Jenna – who’s witnessed my lip-balm habit since high school – I decided to splurge on the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask in Berry and it has totally changed my nighttime lip balm game. I have had to force myself to keep it in my bedside drawer so I don’t wind up carrying it all over the house with me – it’s THAT good.

The “goopy” formula (fellow balm addicts will know what I mean) feels nice and weighty going on, really moisturizes, lasts all night and the berry flavor is subtle, not candy-like.

Ritual Zero-Proof Tequila Alternative – I’ve been adding more dry weekdays into my life lately, and until I discovered Ritual Zero Proof Tequila, I had no idea that you could have a non-alcoholic mixed drink that tastes the way an adult drink SHOULD. You know: complex flavors and that little burn in the back of your throat. The peppery finish in Ritual Zero Proof Tequila really approximates the real thing in a cocktail. This stuff is weird – but weirdly good.

I’ve been sipping my own improvised mocktail nightly: ice in glass, 1 oz Ritual Zero Proof Tequila, 1 oz lime juice, about a third-can of San Pellegrino Aranciata Rossa (blood orange flavor). If it’s too spicy, add a splash of orange juice or sweetener (I use allulose, which is a naturally-derived, Keto-friendly and non-glycemic option.) Stir well, sip slowly, and sleep well!

Manduka Pro premium yoga mat – This mat is the foundation of my home yoga practice, and for good reason: it’s thick, supportive, and stable. Think the cushioning those tender, bony knees crave, but the density the rest of you needs to stay upright and anchored.

The past year, my home yoga setup has seen a LOT OF USE, and I find that having a nicely set-up space really motivates me to stay consistent in my practice. You can find out more about how and where I practice and what props I have in my home in my home yoga practice series.
